Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler
Job Description

As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day production and packaging of components used in medical devices. You will work in a clean room manufacturing environment, adhering to safety and quality standards, and be part of a team focused on continuous improvement and achieving production goals.
Responsibilities
+ Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
+ Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.
+ Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
+ Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
+ Operate packaging machine.
+ Box and apply labeling materials.
Essential Skills
+ No experience required.
+ Ability to perform general labor in a cleanroom setting.
+ Understanding of assembly and production processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment is a plus.
+ Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.

Work Environment
The role requires working in a clean room environment with personal protective equipment such as eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning. The position is for the 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
