    General Production Worker

    Job Description

    This position is ideal for candidates with spray coating experience, though we welcome individuals with manufacturing experience who are eager to learn. As an Armor Edge Spray Booth Operator, you will apply a protective coating to table edges using state-of-the-art equipment. This role requires precision and finesse to ensure high-quality results.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate spray booth equipment to apply Armor Edge coating to table edges.

    + Ensure accurate application of the two-part protective product.

    + Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks in the production process.

    + Participate in mechanical assembly and packaging duties.

    + Work collaboratively across multiple departments as needed.

    + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing, preferably with spray coating.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to work independently and within a team.

    + Capability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Strong attendance record verified through references.

    Work Environment

     

    Join our team on the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with occasional Fridays for overtime. Expect a clean production environment that can get warm during summer months and slightly dusty due to wood products. Dress casually in jeans, and note that leather shoes are acceptable without steel toes.

    This is a position based out of Belleville, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
