    Job Description

    Join our dynamic Order Processing department as an Order Picker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading packages onto UPS trucks using an advanced inventory system.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick orders using a tablet-guided system, filling up to 12 orders at a time.

    + Utilize AI-driven inventory system to improve efficiency and pick rates.

    + Load picked orders onto a conveyor for packaging.

    + Stand by a conveyor to pack products into boxes using an automated system.

    + Assemble boxes, package items, and label them using a tape machine.

    + Load finished packages onto UPS trucks as needed.

    + Meet key performance indicators of 100 lines per hour.

    Essential Skills

    + Warehouse pick/pack experience.

    + Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.

    + Proficiency in packing boxes and order picking.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.10/hr.
