Job Title: General Production

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production worker, where you will play a vital role in monitoring machines, inspecting products, and ensuring quality packaging and palletizing.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor machines to ensure proper operation.

+ Visually inspect products coming off the machines for quality assurance.

+ Package and palletize products efficiently.

+ Rotate stations to maintain productivity and variety in tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Good hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.

+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

+ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machine operation.

+ Knowledge in mechanical assembly and production line processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience in general labor or assembly is welcomed.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints is beneficial.

+ Experience in packaging and picking is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility during 1st shift hours from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday. Enjoy a clean and organized shop where overtime is minimal and typically occurs on Fridays. The majority of tasks allow you to be seated, providing comfort during repetitive work.

This position is out of Janesville, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
