Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers responsible for a variety of general labor duties. These tasks involve operating machinery, handling products, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a Rapid-Pak machine efficiently.

+ Use a vacuum seal machine at an entry-level capacity.

+ Carry and stage metal trays for machine operators.

+ Organize and sanitize metal trays for cheese storage.

+ Sweep and mop floors to prevent debris contamination.

+ Scoop cheese from the mixing bin to the cheese trough.

+ Sanitize troughs after each batch process.

+ Transfer cheese from the main trough to sorting machines.

+ Weigh cheese accurately for packaging.

+ Sort, seal, and box the sealed cheese.

+ Wash and sanitize hands approximately 20 times daily.

+ Adhere to GMP and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years experience in food manufacturing.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Knowledge of GMP (1+ year).

+ Experience in food preparation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with pasteurization and dairy processes.

+ Sanitation experience.

+ Bilingual skills are advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
