Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician role involves performing industrial maintenance on rewinders and press machines within a manufacturing facility. This position requires both mechanical and electrical repair skills, including rewiring 3 phase motors, welding, and fabrication. This is a long-term opportunity with weekly pay, 401k, and medical benefits.

Job Overview:

+ Job title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

+ Location: Jacksonville, FL (westside)

+ Shift: 9:00pm-5:00am (overtime available)

+ Pay: $27/hr+ (based on skills/experience)

+ Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)

+ Conduct industrial maintenance on rewinders and press machines.

+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs.

+ Rewire 3 phase motors.

+ Engage in welding and fabrication tasks.

+ Troubleshoot industrial machinery.

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair from 120v up to 480v.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks.

+ Work with hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Read and interpret schematics.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ 3+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial machinery.

+ Experience performing both mechanical and electrical repairs.

+ Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
