Manufacturing Operator Position, Start immediately,$21.00/hr - $28.00/hr,

Description:

+ **Assist with production line set up, tear down, and routine operation.**

+ **Operate commercial equipment with technical proficiency including mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.**

+ **Learn and apply technical concepts for converting production lines, such as web handling, tensions, gear ratios, splices, die stations, vision systems, and pick-in-place systems.**

+ **Gain knowledge of mixing and coating production lines, including order of additions, solvation, emulsions, coat weights, % solids, assay, and viscosity.**

+ **Support the manufacturing line Lead by monitoring processes, performing roll changes, in-process inspections, line set-up, tear-down, cleaning, and other production responsibilities.**

+ **Read and understand chemical SDS guidance.**

+ **Document manufacturing records in compliance with ALCOA and GDP.**

+ **Understand and comply with cGMP requirements, including training, gowning, safety, and controlled substance policies.**

+ **Read, comprehend, and accurately complete manufacturing documents like Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Set up diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Reconciliation Forms, and Logbooks.**



Pay & Shift:

+ **1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday**

+ **2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday**

+ **3rd Shift Hours: 8:00 PM–6:30 AM or 10:00 PM–8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.**

+ **Pay is based on experience $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour.**

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.

o Salary Adjustments

• annual increases for meeting or exceeding job performance

o Holiday Pay:

• 1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours

o Continuing education plan/tuition assistance:

• The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
