Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a full-time production associate where you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform testing, inspection, and light assembly tasks.

+ Operate machinery and handle packaging duties.

+ Work with hand tools and test equipment.

+ Meet assembly metrics with light lifting (no more than 10-15 lbs).

Essential Skills

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Experience with assembly line operations.

+ Proficiency in testing and inspection processes.

+ Soldering and general labor skills.

+ Good attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks such as changing a tire.

+ Ability to complete paperwork independently and efficiently.

Work Environment

Work in a nearly brand new, state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled (68 degrees with 30% humidity). The workplace is safety-focused and provides an environment conducive to productivity and comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
