    Job Title: Mold Setter

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include starting up machines, and managing mold change schedules, ensuring efficient assembly and disassembly of molds and components.

    Responsibilities

    + Start up machines and ensure they are functioning properly.

    + Check mold change schedules and pre-stage molds for the upcoming schedule.

    + Assemble and disassemble molds and components with precision.

    + Learn and perform mold changing procedures efficiently.

    + Maintain mold change supplies, including electrical cords, hoses, and related equipment.

    + Adjust processes to meet quality product standards.

    + Perform repair work on molds and machines as necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong background in plastic molding.

    + Experience with machine setup and maintenance.

    + Ability to perform mold assembly and disassembly.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in maintenance and machining.

    + Leadership and supervision skills are a plus.

    + Proficiency in Excel and management skills.

    + Experience with mold setup and machine setup.
