    Job Title: Production Worker

     

    Pay: $22-28/hour

     

    Job Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

    Job Description

    We are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Workers to assist in the preparation and assembly of construction materials. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in high-heat environments and operating various machinery.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in the preparation and assembly of construction materials

    + Operate hand and power tools for cutting and preparation

    + Operate cutting and bending machines

    + Perform tack welding on mild steel

    + Handle heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs) throughout the shift

    + Operate machinery such as punch and shear press

    + Perform general production and material handling tasks

    + Contribute to roofing and assembly projects

    + Perform repair tasks using hand and power tools

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or farming

    + Machine operation, MIG welding, and riveting experience is a plus

    + Ability to work in hot environments and perform heavy lifting

    Shift Details

    + Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Mandatory overtime required

    + 10-hour shifts may start earlier in the day

    + Some Saturday work required

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $28.50/hr.
