Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a warehouse worker, where you will play a vital role in the assembly, packaging, and shipping processes for high-speed packaging machines using conveyor rollers.

Responsibilities

+ Manage general production activities ensuring efficient production processes.

+ Handle inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and support production needs.

+ Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

+ Execute shipping procedures using shipping software to ensure timely delivery.

+ Package and label products accurately to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in production and shipping processes.

+ Strong knowledge of inventory management.

+ Proficiency in assembly and packaging procedures.

+ Experience with shipping software and labeling practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

+ Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.

Work Environment

The work environment varies with the seasons: it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with some exposure to elements when dock doors are open. The hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a consistent work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
