    Machine Operator

    Job Description

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of a high-speed manufacturing or technical machinery. Your focus will be on implementing time-saving practices to minimize downtime and setup times while ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    + **Setup and operate a high-speed manfuacturing machine**

    + **Monitor the machine for any runtime issues and work in conjunction with the maintenance team**

    + **Maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety.**

    + **Practice good lockout/tagout procedures.**

    + **Follow reporting processes for accurate completion of production paperwork**

    + **Complete quality inspections and checks on raw and finished product**

    Essential Skills

    + **2 years of machine operating experience.**

    + **Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler, and use basic shop math.**

    + **Experience working in a high-speed packaging environment.**

    + **Ability to package and label products.**

    + **Work with a sense of urgency without compromising attention to detail and quality.**

    + **Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs. throughout the day.**

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
