Job Title: WAREHOUSE WORKER
Job Description
Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing inventory. You will be responsible for handling merchandise, ensuring accurate records, and preparing products for distribution.
Responsibilities
+ Generate manifests to dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders.
+ Interpret warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
+ Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate it from receiving or production areas to designated locations.
+ Verify merchandise documentation and record incoming merchandise by part and quantity.
+ Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to a predetermined sequence.
+ Prepare products for distribution within facilities.
+ Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on palettes, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping.
+ Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within established guidelines under direct supervision.
+ Arrange stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers.
+ Create and enter records for the manifest on the warehouse computer system.
Essential Skills
+ Familiarity with warehouse operations.
+ Ability to handle material, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking tasks.
+ Experience with RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Fluent in English: able to read, write, and speak.
+ 0-6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
+ No certification required initially; will certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts rapidly navigate. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
