Pay: Starting at $16.91/hr up to $23!

Job Description

Join our team in manufacturing rubber tubing for the automotive industry. As a Production Worker in the Finishing department, you will be positioned at the end of the production line, where you will modify rubber hoses for various customers. This high-volume assembly role involves tasks such as adding plastic caps or combining multiple hoses.

Responsibilities

+ Perform assembly of rubber hoses according to customer specifications.

+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

+ Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Load and unload materials and products as needed.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a high-paced assembly environment.

+ Proficiency in quality inspection processes.

+ Ability to operate machinery and forklifts.

+ General production and assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in machine operation and factory work.

+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.

Work Environment

Expect a very hot work environment during the summer due to heat treatment processes. Steel toes and long pants are required for safety. The facility operates on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with standard 8-hour work periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.91 - $16.91/hr.
