We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role includes light cleaning duties and opportunities to get involved in the coffee production process.     Responsibilities

    + Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing emails.

    + Assist with scheduling, data entry, and inventory tracking.

    + Support the team with documentation and purchase orders.

    + Perform light cleaning duties to keep the workspace tidy.

    + Learn and assist in coffee production operations, if interested.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

    + Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

    + Experience in administration or customer service is preferred but not required.

    + Dependability and punctuality are a must.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
