    **Essential Duties/Responsibilities** :

    Benefits

    + Responsible for the administration and support tasks related to the leave of absence and disability programs for the U.S., including working with third-party vendors to process claims or requests and keeping HR Business Partners informed of status.

    + Serves as primary contact for leave of absence administration, including advising managers and employees on company leave policies and procedures, interaction of leave laws with paid time off, and short-term and long-term disability benefits.

    + Serves as contact for third-party benefits administrator and retirement vendor.

    + Develops and coordinates an engaging corporate wellness program to support employees globally.

    + Assists with annual benefits open enrollment processes, and other large-scale benefits initiatives, as required..

    Compensation

    + Collaborates with HR Business Partners and employee managers to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, internal transfers, and temporary labor.

    + Supports the annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.

    + Participates in compensations surveys and analyzes results to inform decision-making.

    + Assists in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    Other

    + Keeps supervisor(s) apprised of unique or problematic situations on an ongoing and timely basis.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Required Minimum Qualifications

    **Education** / **Certifications** : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification a plus.

    Skills and Experience:

    _Required_

    + A minimum of two years of HR experience with knowledge of benefits administration and/or compensation.

    + Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Strong attention to detail; must be able to organize and prioritize work.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and personalities.

    + Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing circumstances.

    + Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the bigger picture and align work decisions with the overall goals of the function and organization.

    + History of responsibly managing confidential information.
