    The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

    A role in **Indirect Inventory and Supplier Performance Management (ISPM)** means managing the inbound throughput and placement of the indirect materials that are required to operate Target stores and distribution centers. As a member of the ISPM team, you will establish optimal inventory management strategies for special project and transition non-retail parts (fixtures) used to display product on the sales floor.

     

    Take on a critical role within ISPM as a member of the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team. Drive results in a fast pace, entrepreneurial setting in collaboration with a broad network of senior leaders, internal Global Supply Chain and Logistics and Procurement partners, and external suppliers for the indirect items, goods, and supplies required to operate our stores. As an **Analyst, Supplier Performance Management** for ISPM, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the toolkit to maximize supplier performance within the indirect supply chain network.

    As an **Analyst** , **Supplier Performance Management,** you will…

    + Work closely with other ISPM teams to identify performance trends, understand process breakdowns, and implement sustainable solutions

    + Leverage problem solving skills to identify root cause, demonstrate deep understanding of issues, educate others, and build out new capabilities to improve performance

    + Define, develop, and implement supplier performance and quality metrics (e.g. Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, ship quality, etc.)

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and hold them accountable to key performance and quality metrics

    + Develop, create and enhance dashboards and data sources to evaluate real time performance results, and implement any action plans as needed

    + Partner with product and Operations Intelligence teams to develop tools and reporting capabilities as needed

    + Scope of work and job duties may change at any time based on business need

    About you:

    + 4-year degree or equivalent experience

    + 2+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, merchandising, or comparable experience with a focus on data analysis and analytics

    + Flexibility, resiliency, and nimbleness; comfortable working in ‘grey areas’ that are constantly changing

    + Demonstrated ability to innovate and challenge the status qu

    + Ability to balance both short and long term priorities, and re-prioritize as needed

    + Very strong analytical and problem solving skill sets

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to execute project related work efforts with a focus on timelines and managing deliverables

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience within Inventory Management or Supplier Performance Management

    + Undergraduate degree in supply chain, operations

    + Analytical skill sets including expertise in Excel, SQL and Python
