Job Summary
The Transplant Data Specialist II position will provide data entry, abstraction help, and other clerical and advanced reporting duties.
Hybrid position located in Dallas Texas - will be required onsite as needed and for scheduled bi-annual meetings.
Essential Functions of the Role
+ Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for external registries.
+ Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for internal registries.
+ Advanced quality audits of both internal and external registries.
+ Advanced Registry Reporting Responsibilities
+ Custom Reporting and distribution.
+ Charge entry and audits.
+ Filing/scanning.
+ Administration of external registries.
+ Administration and user help/training for internal and external registries.
Key Success Factors
+ Associate's degree or higher preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of pure data entry experience.
+ Medical field experience strongly preferred.
+ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams)
+ Able to work in an electronic (paper-free) work environment.

+ EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
