Lead Technician/Foreman – Low Voltage Systems (Main office is located in Madison)

TEKsystems's client is seeking experienced and motivated Lead Installers to support major upcoming projects across the Nashville area. If you're a hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead the installation of cable pathways and structured cabling (Cat6, Voice/Data, CCTV) in large commercial buildings.

+ Interpret blueprints and project plans to lay out and execute installations efficiently.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

+ Supervise and mentor a team of helpers to ensure timely and professional project completion.

+ Install and terminate low-voltage cabling and hardware for access control, surveillance, and communication systems.

What We’re Looking For

+ Proven experience with:

+ Cat6, Voice/Data, CCTV

+ Punchdown, Cable Installation & Termination

+ Low Voltage Systems & Access Control

+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

+ Dependable and committed to a full-time schedule (40+ hours/week).

+ Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
