    Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Health Plans & Provider Support

    Position Summary:

    Under general supervision, this role is responsible for handling inbound telephone inquiries from Health Plans, Providers, and Billing Offices. The representative will provide accurate information and resolution support related to RMG services, including claims processing and eligibility verification.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to a high volume of inbound calls (minimum 65 per day) from Health Plans, Providers, and Billing Offices, addressing a variety of service-related inquiries.

    + Deliver exceptional service by actively listening, anticipating customer needs, and tailoring responses to ensure effective resolution.

    + Research and resolve routine to complex issues using standardized tools and processes, particularly those related to eligibility, provider availability, and claims.

    + Provide claim status updates and basic information for externally submitted claims.

    + Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

    + Process member demographic updates, including address and phone number changes.

    + Work independently to resolve telephonic issues and manage assigned tasks efficiently.

    + Prioritize workload to maintain consistent workflow and meet service level expectations.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with internal teams, management, vendors, and external partners.

    + Exhibit a warm, courteous, and professional phone demeanor, demonstrating empathy, patience, and sound judgment.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
