    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and fast-paced Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity with growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Investigate customer claims to determine fault and process next steps.

    + Handle 25–50+ inbound calls and 50–100+ emails daily.

    + Respond to inquiries regarding shipping, product availability, and pricing.

    + Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems.

    + Create and manage customer service cases.

    + Collaborate across departments to resolve customer needs.

    + Provide proactive communication and exception management.

    + Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 1+ year of product claims experience.

    + 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based or KPI-driven environment (non-scripted).

    + Experience with order entry in an ERP system.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

    + Strong written communication skills and general computer proficiency.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with claims/order claims processing.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

    + High-volume inbound phone experience (50+ calls/day).

    + Microsoft Excel skills.

    + Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.

    + Professionalism and accountability.

    + Adaptability in a changing environment.

    + Positive attitude and attention to detail.

    Work Environment:

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Location: Onsite in Tinley Park, IL (potential for hybrid post-conversion)

    + Team Size: 30+ Customer Service Representatives

    + Training: Extensive on-the-job training provided

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
