We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

What You’ll Do:

+ Connect with homeowners via phone, text, and email

+ Use proven scripts and checklists to qualify interest

+ Schedule appointments and track lead progress in simple systems

+ Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input

Schedule & Pay:

+ Training: 4 weeks | 8AM–5PM

+ Post-training shifts: 7AM–4PM or 9AM–6PM

+ Compensation: Hourly + performance bonuses

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
