Tile Company Customer Service Representative
Denver, CO | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
$20–$21/hr | Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM + Saturdays 9 AM–3 PM

Join our dynamic tile company as a customer service rep and become the friendly face (and voice!) of our customer experience.
What You’ll Do
+ Be the first point of contact at the slab will-call desk—greeting walk-in customers, answering phones, and responding to emails/faxes.
+ Support customers with product questions, order updates, and after-sales service.
+ Enter tile orders into our internal system and Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and speed.
+ Collaborate closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams to ensure seamless service.
+ Escort customers to the slab warehouse to view products and collect samples.
• What You Bring
+ Must-Have Skills:
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English.
+ Experience in face-to-face customer service (retail or administrative).
+ Strong data entry skills and basic Excel proficiency.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Nice-to-Haves:
+ Experience in the tile or construction materials industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
