Key Responsibilities:

• Translate solution architecture blueprints into executable IaC-based OCI environments, including full lifecycle management.
• Create and manage OCI services such as Compute (VM, bare metal), Block/Object/File Storage, Networking (VCN, DRG, FastConnect, Load Balancers), and Database (Autonomous, Exadata, MySQL Heatwave).
• Automate the configuration and deployment of post-provisioning tasks using Ansible playbooks (e.g., SSH key setup, package installs, patching).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab for OCI infrastructure delivery.
• Configure OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) components — Policies, Dynamic Groups, Security Zones, Cloud Guard.
• Support disaster recovery, backup/restore, and high availability configurations across OCI regions and compartments.
• Integrate observability tools such as OCI Monitoring, Logging, and Logging Analytics, with optional third-party tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
• Participate in code reviews, operational runbook creation, and knowledge sharing with DevOps and cloud engineering teams.
• Architectural Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead design and architecture workshops for multi-phase OCI deployments, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Delivered architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and feedback loops to ensure technical clarity, alignment, and ongoing governance.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in engineering or DevOps roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform in cloud environments, preferably in production-scale environments.
• Strong command-line and scripting skills using Bash, OCI CLI, and Python (optional).
• Solid experience deploying infrastructure using Terraform modules, state management, and remote backends.
• Required experience with OCI IAM, tenancy structures, compartments, tag namespaces, and policy management."Experience with DevOps tools: Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud network topologies (hub-spoke, FastConnect, VPN) and hybrid cloud designs.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (OKE) and container-based deployment patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot OCI service deployments, Terraform state errors, and pipeline failures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• OCI Certified Cloud Operations or Architect Associate/Professional.
• Experience in regulated cloud environments (e.g., Government, Finance, Healthcare).
• Familiarity with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM) into OCI.
• Experience with Configuration Management tools like Ansible is a plus.
• Prior experience implementing Landing Zones and governance models in OCI.
• Proven experience designing, writing, and deploying infrastructure code using Terraform (HCL) and Ansible for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Direct experience provisioning and managing OCI services via IaC — not just modifying existing configurations but building full-stack infrastructure from zero.
Strong understanding of Terraform state management, modules, variable injection, and execution workflows (e.g., plan, apply, destroy).
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must complete a technical interview to demonstrate hands-on skills in:
