• Claims Supervisor

    TEKsystems (Honolulu, HI)

This is a full-time remote work with standard Monday–Friday office hours, but must be in the State of Hawaii.     About the Role: You’ll be leading a team, with a focus on identifying workflow gaps and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with claims systems such as Cotiviti and QNXT, managing offshore vendor relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee claims processing operations across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.

    + Integrate and optimize claims systems (Cotiviti, QNXT) into daily workflows.

    + Manage offshore vendor relationships to ensure compliance and performance.

    + Ensure all claims activities meet federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

    + Supervise and mentor a team of ICT testers and operational liaisons.

    + Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and operational health.

    + Collaborate with IT, customer service, finance, and other departments.

    + Support strategic initiatives to improve vendor partnerships and internal processes.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $51.00/hr.
