Structured Cabling Technician – Hamblin County, TN

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structured Cabling Technician to support a dynamic project across various schools in Hamblin County, TN. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge infrastructure work, including fiber optics, Cat6/Cat5 cabling, and access control systems.

What You’ll Do

+ Install and terminate Cat6/Cat5 structured cabling in new portable classrooms and renovated school buildings

+ Assist with fiber optic installations and infrastructure upgrades

+ Perform rack and stack, punchdowns, and wireless access point installations

+ Work primarily indoors within school facilities, with occasional outdoor tasks

+ Collaborate with a skilled team and contribute to a high-impact project

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience with structured cabling, low voltage systems, and access control

+ Familiarity with construction environments and safety protocols

+ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a self-starting attitude

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Reliable transportation is a must

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
