    Join The Red Gate Group as a Business Analyst supporting a critical Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program office. Shape the future of defense intelligence services by bridging customer needs with operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    Drive Service Excellence

     

    + Design and execute streamlined processes for Service Agreements that capture customer requirements and ensure cost-effective delivery

    + Serve as the vital link between the Program Office, stakeholders, and customers to optimize service delivery

    + Maintain comprehensive Service Agreement libraries and provide executive-level status reporting

     

    Lead Customer Success

     

    + Partner with account managers to translate complex customer requirements into actionable solutions

    + Support invoice generation and cost recovery activities while ensuring full regulatory compliance

    + Champion process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains

     

    Excel in a Dynamic Role

     

    + Leverage cutting-edge Program Office software to manage portfolio costs and performance

    + Thrive in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

    + Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Polygraph

    + 10+ years of professional experience (DoD/Intelligence Community background highly preferred)

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    + Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels

    + Proven ability to prioritize and execute under pressure

    + Strong customer service orientation with creative problem-solving abilities

    + Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office productivity tools

    + Experience with ServiceNow and/or Proven Optics preferred

    + Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly
