    Description

    The Assistant Manager, Media for Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty (North America) will support the planning, execution, trafficking, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across national, retailer, and emerging channels (including Amazon and TikTok Shop).

     

    You’ll help ensure excellence in media activation and operational efficiency, while supporting strategic growth initiatives across priority retailers and platforms. This is a fast-paced role ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive media professional passionate about beauty, media innovation, and performance. This role will also oversee key financial operations and PO management processes in close partnership with the Consumer Engagement and Finance teams.

     

    The ideal candidate combines media expertise, creativity, analytical problem solving and a passion for building brand love for Estee Lauder in North America.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Media Campaign Management

    + Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty across:

    + **National brand campaigns** (across digital, video, social, and programmatic channels)

    + **Retailer media campaigns** (Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy’s, etc.)

    + **Emerging platforms** , with a strong emphasis on **TikTok Shop** and social commerce integrations

    + Partner with internal teams and external agencies to traffic and QA creative assets, ensuring accurate implementation and timely launches

    + Coordinate asset delivery calendars and manage versioning, formats, and approvals across brand, creative, and media teams

    + Track campaign performance metrics in collaboration with analytics teams; support reporting and post-campaign summaries

    Campaign Trafficking & Workflow

    + Assist in development of asset/content briefs for creative and PR/Influencer teams, meeting best practices and fulfilling needs of media campaigns

    + Liaise with internal teams and agency partners to ensure proper ad trafficking to meet launch timelines, owning and managing trafficking documentation

    + Support A/B testing and dynamic creative optimization (DCO) implementation where relevant

    Financial & PO Process Management

    + Manage and track media and consumer engagement budgets in coordination with Finance and cross-functional partners

    + Create and process Purchase Orders (POs), track invoices, and ensure timely vendor payment

    + Maintain organized documentation of spend commitments and reconcile monthly/quarterly budget forecasts

    + Serve as the liaison with Accounts Payable, Legal, and Procurement as needed

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Work closely with PR/Influencer, E-commerce, Creative, Category Marketing, Retail, and Analytics teams

    + Coordinate with agency and vendor partners to ensure flawless execution and alignment on campaign timelines and deliverables

    + Assist in cross-brand initiatives, media innovation projects, and test-and-learn pilots

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

    • 2–4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or campaign management either at brand or agency

    • Familiarity with ad platforms and best practices (e.g., Google/ YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

    • Experience with retail media and social commerce, especially TikTok Shop, is preferred

    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with budget tracking tools and PO systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) a plus

    • Strong creative judgment for the brand and the ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content including visuals & copy

    • Strong team player who works well in a highly integrated team model (internal + external) and fast-paced environment

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Passion for beauty, innovation, and consumer engagement

    Pay Range:

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
