    If you want to play a role in driving agents and agent creation, now is your chance to join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team. Copilot Studio is a key component of Microsoft’s commercial AI (Artificial Intelligence) strategy, as the native enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) agent platform for Copilot. We’re looking for a high impact Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Studio to drive product marketing content strategy for Copilot Studio.

     

    Join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team to shape the voice of Microsoft’s enterprise agent platform. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Studio, you’ll lead the development of high-impact, scalable content that brings our thought leadership, solution plays, and customer journeys to life. This role is ideal for a creative, systems-minded storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product marketing, editorial strategy, and campaign execution. You’ll own the Copilot Studio editorial calendar and social strategy, ensuring our content is cohesive, reusable, and aligned to business priorities across the funnel.

    Responsibilities

    + Translate strategic narratives feature marketing content into modular content formats—decks, blogs, videos, whitepapers, demos—that resonate across audiences and channels.

    + Own and manage the Copilot Studio editorial calendar, ensuring timely, coordinated content delivery across outbound surfaces.

    + Lead the development of field-ready assets that scale the work of subject matter experts.

    + Partner to align content with customer journey stages and maker acquisition goals.

    + Drive consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content formats and platforms.

    + Develop and execute a social strategy that amplifies Copilot Studio’s voice and thought leadership across owned and partner channels.

    You should be able to:

    + Make sense from often ambiguous environment and effectively prioritize your work.

    + Show ability to get deep on new products in a fast/constantly changing area.

    + Translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer / audience driven narratives.

    + Be outcome orientated and leverage the work of others.

    + Demonstrated project management and v-team leadership experience.

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

    + OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity in the technology industry.

    + 3+ years of experience leading content strategy and outbound marketing campaigns.

    + Experience utilizing data for targeting, campaign analysis and optimization.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

    + OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + AI Experience.

     

    Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
