    JOB TITLE: Data Clerk (DD)

    **Job Summary:** EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Data Clerk in Herndon, Va. One will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, Invoicing, timekeeping and assist with budgeting. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Input Work Orders

    + Involvement with Procurement in providing documentation and follow-up (Tracking).

    + Assist and/or cover Administrative Assistant

    + Attending meetings with Client and USG.

    + Filing, receptionist and updating site information

    Qualifications:

    + Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.

    + Ability to type up to 40wpm.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel

    + Able to obtain and Maintain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    + Prolonged sitting.
