As a Senior Product Associate in CAMP Health & Controls, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Our team focuses on creating innovative products that empower stakeholders with real-time insight into how their products are functioning, reducing time to detect, time to resolve, and customer impact on digital channels for products of Consumer Bank, Business Bank, Wealth Management, Lending -Auto/Non-Card, and Credit Card.
Job responsibilities
+ Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through data analytics and discovery.
+ Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
+ Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
+ Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
+ Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and maintains Jira hygiene.
+ Partner with stakeholders to create Automated Business Controls to ensure expected outcomes are met.
+ Assist with onboarding new monitoring data sources to our Business Process Reconciliation tool, giving stakeholders key insights into customer journeys.
+ Create user-customizable visualization tools and dashboards
+ Support the shift toward self-service capabilities of the CAMP Health product ecosystem.
+ Creating diagrams: Class diagram, Sequence Diagram and Flow/Activity Diagram in Confluence, VISIO or similar tools.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
+ Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
+ Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
+ Experience using Agile and JIRA toolkit for product delivery
+ Demonstrated ability to convey technically complex ideas in business language
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in software development companies.
+ Minimum 2 years Financial Technology experience with data analysis and management
+ Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager.
+ Demonstrated experience writing Agile user stories and creating dashboards
+ Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to forge lasting relationships with the scrum team
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Additional information
+ Experience of working with JIRA, Swagger and API designing and documentation. SOAP, XML, JSON and other similar web services protocols/technologies
+ CSM, CSPO, and AWS Practitioner certifications preferrable
+ Banking - Consumer Banking Domain (Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Wealth Management, Lending, Mortgage)
