This role will be based in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York.

As a Senior Performance Management Partner, you will serve as a performance subject matter expert, supporting the integration of LinkedIn's performance practices across all functions. This role is critical to ensure that each function understands LinkedIn’s performance approach and operationalizes it in a way that aligns with each function’s unique priorities, workflows, and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Function-Specific Activation: Partner with functional leaders and HRBPs to translate LinkedIn’s performance approach (goal setting, feedback, development conversations, evaluation) into tailored performance practices that align with each function’s goals and operating rhythms. Drive awareness and adoption of PATH practices through training, toolkits, and ongoing communication. Serve as a feedback loop to the Performance COE to improve enablement resources continuously.
+ Performance Expectation Integration: Guide functions in setting and calibrating performance expectations rooted in functional priorities, CPPs, and operational metrics.
+ Performance Evaluation & Calibration Support: Partner with HRBPs and function leaders to prepare for and facilitate performance evaluation and calibration sessions. Provide tools, templates, and coaching to help leaders assess performance against expectations and make informed talent decisions.
+ Coaching & Advisory: Act as a thought partner to functional leaders, enabling them to establish and implement PATH performance practices with confidence and clarity
+ Data-Driven Insights: Monitor adoption and effectiveness of PATH practices across functions. Use feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices.
+ Strategic Design: Partner with Talent leadership to build a strategy to integrate AI capabilities and integrate skills into performance practices
+ Consultant Team Leadership: Lead and program manage a team of consultants to support the creation of enablement materials, toolkits, and communication assets.
+ Ensure deliverables are high quality and meet the needs of diverse functions.
+ Provide strategic direction, manage timelines, and ensure quality and consistency across all outputs.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 8+ years in Talent Management/Development, Human Resources, or Performance Management.
+ BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Deep understanding of performance management frameworks and leading practices
+ Experience working cross-functionally with HR, COEs, and business leaders.
+ Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
+ Ability to translate strategy into action and influence without authority.
+ Passion for creating clarity, driving impact, and enabling growth at scale.
+ Experience in performance enablement, talent development, or HR business partnering.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $144,000 to $234,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
