The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to lead a team focused on accelerating growth and strengthening our go-to-market motion for our global LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. The person will partner with leaders in sales, operations, legal, revenue and systems to develop, implement, and manage agreement frameworks and business models. They will work to improve the global agreement pricing process, go-to-market execution, and oversee the team structuring large, strategic deals.

Role and Responsibilities
+ Design LinkedIn’s media agreements with advertisers and agencies. This involves assessing the gaps in current state, determining what it would take to fix these gaps (based on data analysis and your industry expertise), and then getting cross-functional buy-in to execute on best-in-class agreement frameworks
+ Strong excel modeling, analytical and communication skills are needed
+ Oversee planning, forecasting, reporting and dashboarding (committed spend vs. delivered spend) pertaining to the advertiser and agency agreements
+ Help strengthen sales effectiveness, compliance with global policies, and agreement framework scalability
+ Lead the team that drives large deal closure and liaises with all the functions involved in the agreement process (including finance, legal, order management etc.)
+ In partnership with Customer Science and other cross-functional teams, ideate on (and secure funding for) new incentives that would be exciting to LinkedIn’s advertisers and also agencies
+ Partner with PMM to drive employee research and voice of customer interviews
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the global LMS Leadership Team, to the Field Sales team on Advertiser and Agency Agreements, serve as an escalation point to business partners
Basic Qualifications
+ 12+ years in a mix of relevant fields such as media / advertising, sales operations, management consulting
+ 5+ years as a people leader
+ BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
+ Combination of tenure within social media marketing / advertising and consulting
+ Demonstrated skills in pricing/operations within online advertising
+ High degree of acumen within financial modeling, data analysis, along with the ability to see beyond the numbers that drive sound decision-making
+ Exceptionally strong communication skills, including effectively communicating with senior management
+ Known as a leader who can inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives
+ Driven key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
+ Self-starter working in highly cross functional teams
+ Demonstrated tenure working alongside and supporting online media sales organizations

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $178,000 to $288,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
