Do you thrive behind the scenes, where precision meets passion? The Canopy by Hilton at Bankers Alley – a boutique destination in the heart of Nashville’s art and entertainment district – is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee the property's engineering and maintenance operations with efficiency, style, and Southern hospitality\.

As Lead Engineer, you'll be the go\-to expert ensuring our building systems \(HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical\) run flawlessly while delivering a best\-in\-class guest experience\. You’ll lead a small team, partner with vendors, and proactively maintain our hotel’s physical assets—all with a hands\-on mindset and commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence\.
