    The Opportunity with McKinstry

     

    We are looking to add a **Benefits Concierge** to our Human Resources team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will:

     

    + Oversee our medical plan to ensure employees understand and utilize our medical plan with limited issues, working with our vendors to reduce disruption.Work with our vendors to provide ongoing education.

    + Oversee McKinstry Time Off, FMLA and all related leaves, including compliance with leave laws

    + Create process documentation to support cross-training and backup support for the Benefits Concierge position.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

    Required:

    + 2 years’ experience managing benefit programs

    + Strong research capability

    + Ability to take broad instruction and achieve a successful outcome

    + Strong comfort with and ability to work with ambiguity

    + Strong customer service with demonstrated care and concern for employees

    + Strong decision making and sound judgement

    + Strong ability to draw connectivity between discussions, projects etc. and previous assignments

    + Must have strong MS Office skills and be above average in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    + Must have strong communication skills including written and verbal with an ability to draw discussions to conclusion, this includes speaking in front of a group as well as interacting with senior leaders within the company

    Preferred:

    + Intermediate understanding of the leave laws

    + AA or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

    _The pay range for this position is $64,890 - $105,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered._
