Our Events team is looking for an Events Manager with a background in professional services event coordination. The Events Manager will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States.
As the events manager, you will:
+ Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of client-facing events, firm-wide corporate events, industry and service line conferences, including pre- and post-event communications and attendee management.
+ Collaborate across departments to drive meeting design, speaker and sponsor management, brand building, and event communications. Provide ongoing logistical strategy and collateral development for all event initiatives.
+ Oversee budget management, venue selection, production timelines, event branding, contract negotiation, onsite logistics and post-event reporting.
+ Coordinate the preparation and distribution of event materials while overseeing creative decision-making processes.
+ Manage multiple concurrent events of varying scales, overseeing pre-event and post-event checklist items, hotel rooming lists, BEOs, AV needs, and staffing plans.
+ Develop project plans to deliver key event milestones, ensuring tactical initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
+ Collaborate with event, promotional and print vendors in conjunction with design team.
+ Provide consistent and clear communication of events program to all stakeholders, including internal briefing documents for specified events and,
+ Monitor and evaluate event performance metrics to substantiate justification for future event initiatives.
What you bring to the role:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events management, communications or journalism or related field
+ Previous professional experience in event planning, production, or marketing role
+ Proven track record of managing complex events and driving successful outcomes
+ Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or other related applications
+ Experience working on live events or production background preferred
+ Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse department

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
$92,600 to $125,000 per year
