    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Tech Lounge Specialist** to join their team **onsite** in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support at the Tech Lounge Walk-Up Desk. This role will work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Resolve customer issues

    + Support two adjacent conference rooms

    + Provide white glove service and resolve issues

    + Interact with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Must possess professional and business-like manners

    + Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates

    + Must possess strong Deskside Support skills

    + Must possess strong Customer Service skills

    + Windows 11 and O365 experience. Mac OS is not required but a plus

    + Hardware break/fix, warranty repair, and vendor coordination experience

    + Experience supporting MS Teams in an enterprise environment in conference rooms

    + Experience supporting user accounts, mobile devices, laptops, and anything brought to the lounge

    + Experience with ServiceNow is not required but preferred

    + Certifications are not required but preferred

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$21.75 - $31.90 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
