The successful candidate will expand our capacity, reduce costs, and ensure continuity in delivering user-centered innovation UX Researcher Responsibilities: * Design and conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product and design decisions across key business/product areas. * Utilize methods such as usability studies (remote or in-person), user interviews, literature reviews, surveys, ethnographic/field research, and other impactful methodologies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, engineering, data science) to define research goals and scope for projects. * Manage and execute each step of the research process. UX Researcher Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, anthropology). * Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline. * Proficiency in a range of research methods (e.g., usability testing, ethnographic studies, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, A/B testing), and the ability to apply or combine them effectively. * Experience with survey platforms and analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Excel, Tableau). * Experience with qualitative research gathering tools (e.g., Dscout, usertesting.com). * Ability to translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations. * Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. * Interest in conducting research across different technology/device focus areas. #PP
