Sales Support Specialist VIAJP00001372 * Hourly pay: $27/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 - Hybrid, Must be 3 days onsite (Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays - Subject to change as business needs change)) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension A leading digital streaming network seeks a Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts. Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities: * Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system, Wide Orbit. * Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic, as well as commercial separation. * Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions, working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full. * Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies. Sales Support Specialist Qualifications: * 1+ years of relevant experience. * A college degree. * Experience in hospitality, either in a sales capacity or marketing marketing-related area. * Entertainment/media experience is a plus. * Excel experience (basic filters, simple formulas, sorting, simple analysis, updating data charts and details, and data entry). * Heavy training for a proprietary environment. Shift: * 9:30 am to 6 pm Eastern Time office hours. * Possible over time, depending on certain project deliverables.
