    The Group Product Director, HCP Marketing for Psoriatic is a critical position within the Immunology Marketing team and will be responsible for the overarching Consumer and Advocacy strategies for the launch of icotrokinra. The GPD will be directly responsible for all aspects of the brand patient experience including brand education to patients, DTC advertising, and advocacy relations. The position works closely with HCP marketing team, the PECS organization as well as Agency Partners, Media Excellence, Market Research, Advocacy and Communications. The scope of the role requires strong teamwork, collaboration, and alignment of strategies across multiple stakeholders to understand business impact and deliver on business objectives. This person will lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports and be responsible for strategic development and execution of a large multi-channel campaign with significant media budget.

    Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Leading HCP experience strategy to create a bold advantage for brand

    + Developing and executing education strategy (branded and unbranded)

    + Leading development of integrated and multi-channel campaign and evolution

    + Leading HCP/patient agency of record and other specialty agencies to implement DTC strategy/tactics

    + Partnering with the Advocacy team and Patient advocates to implement strategy aligned to key business objectives

    + Partnering with PR/Communications team on external communications initiatives and signature campaigns

    + Managing budgets, including all aspects of agency and media spend

    + Overseeing tactical execution of direct reports; Provide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reports

    + Aligning with Consumer and Patient Experience team to ensure all messaging is cohesive of efficacy/safety + access through personal and non-personal promotion

    + Providing timely and relevant updates to field sales team on HCP tactics and patient education resources

    Qualifications:

    This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, detailed orientation, and excellent strategic thinking. This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders.

    Education:

    + A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.

    Required:

    + A minimum of 10 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated in-line marketing, executing marketing strategy

    + A demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple agencies/vendors, manage budgets and projects, cross-functionally, cross-geography, and with cross-company teams of high-level managers and executives

    + An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

    + Strong executive communication skills

    + Ability to work the hybrid/flex schedule of 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and travel up to 25%.

    Preferred:

    + In-line launch experience

    + Sales leadership and/or market access leadership

    + Global experience

    + Prior experience in pharmaceutical HCP marketing, including large campaign/TV shoots, media strategy and data-driven content strategy and creation

    + Experience working with customers and translating customer needs to the broader organization.

    + Demonstrated ability to formally manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
