    Job Description

    • Complete the High-Level estimation tasks required during the discovery phase, including workshops

    • Use the output from this process to prepare meaningful input into the Bid Approval Process (including supporting the submission during the decision process)

    • Work with clients to prepare:

    1. An understanding of the As-Is process

    2. A breakdown of the client's requirements for the solution

    3. A detailed solution design that aligns to the agreed requirements

    • Work with Development & Test and Project Management teams to agree the solution and define the effort/duration/plan for delivery

    • Review the ongoing solution during development, acting as the customer's voice

    • Monitor progress for any deviations from the planned approach, solution and scope Challenge unnecessary deviations and raise changes with the Project Manager so that they can be documented and approved

    • Support the Development & Test and Project Management teams through acceptance testing, by helping with triage, defect interpretation and being alert to changes to scope being raised as defects

    • Support status meetings and touch points with the implementation team and the Customer providing documented key discussions, actions, risks and issues

    • Provide guidance to the implementation team while motivating team resources to work diligently and smartly in the best interest of the Customer and AutoRek

    • Support the resolution of issues and roadblocks, managing Customer queries and escalations to a positive resolution

    Qualifications:

    • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or appropriate business analysis certification

    Experience:

    • FinTech, SaaS or Finance background

    • Demonstratable experience of leading customer workshops to gather requirements.

    • Experience of oversight of defect triage and contribution of test plans.

    Knowledge:

    • Industry awareness of CASS, Payments, Banking, Asset Management or Insurance

    • Familiarity of documentation that would facilitate a technical and business design proposal, including (but not limited to) Business Requirements, As-Is process review, Technical Design and Fit-Gap.

    • Understanding of the principles of change control to capture any movement of agreed scope.

    • Understanding of the phases of the software development and implementation lifecycle.

    Skills:

    • Ability to produce clear and detailed solution requirements.

    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, must be able to identify solutions to customer problems and consider alternative approaches.

    • Strong collaborator who can work across all areas of the business from Pre-sales through to Delivery and onto Customer Success

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and new challenges

    • Comfortable with presenting and liaising at 'C" level with internal and external executives

    • Highly effective interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills

    Salary Information

     

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - $75716 to 132762/ Year.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

     

    Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
