Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.
What You-ll Accomplish
Our Regulatory team at Wellness is made up of professionals who understand the difference our products make in the lives of pets. We are currently seeking a Product Registration Associate to join our team. This person will report to our Director of Regulatory Affairs and will be responsible for ensuring all our products are registered for sales and distribution in accordance to state and federal laws.
+ Responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all relevant regulations and requirements for manufacturing, labeling, sale and distribution in target markets.
+ Manage the entire U.S. registration process for new and existing products, including preparing, submitting, and tracking applications.
+ Assist the international team by completing necessary documentation to support the registration of new products, and/or product updates.
+ Compile and prepare necessary documentation, such as product labels and registration applications.
+ Complete applications to support licensing renewals and tonnage report.
+ Report product tonnage shipped to each state using the weekly Power BI report.
+ Support the EPR program by working cross-functionally to analyze fee structures related to packaging material for reporting purposes.
+ Communicate with regulatory agencies, distributors, and internal teams to facilitate registration. processes and resolve any issues.
+ Coordinate checks requests or ACH payments and ensure payments are made on time.
+ Complete documentation to support in-country product registration.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registration activities and related documentation.

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who has:
+ BS in a technical discipline (Food Science, Animal Science, Nutritional Science, Mathematics or similar discipline).
+ The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Teams for communication, file sharing, and virtual collaboration, including managing team channels, hosting virtual meetings, and integrating Microsoft 365 tools.
+ Ability to interpret regulations, analyze data, and assess risks.
+ Ability to prepare and manage regulatory documentation.
+ Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
+ Effectively communicate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
