Job Description

A day in the life...

+ Critically review and accurately record transactions into the general ledger, including understanding system limitations and required GAAP adjustments

+ Review and prepare account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

+ Understand the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statement impact of account activity, including classification of financial statement line items

+ Demonstrate a leadership mindset, constantly strives to exceed goals, previous accomplishments and expectations

+ Partner with various relevant stakeholders, maintaining and strengthening working relationships

+ Contribute to month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate financial data that is in compliance with GAAP and Company Accounting Policies

You own this if you have...

+ BS/BA in Accounting

+ 8+ years of relevant accounting experience

+ Extensive experience providing technical leadership on complex issues

+ Proven track record of exercising sound judgment in analysis, leadership and communication

+ Public (Big 4) accounting and CPA (highly preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$103,500.00 - $175,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
