As a Mobile Engineering Manager on the Intuit Data Exchange team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a highly talented and motivated team.     What you'll bring

    + 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for mobile development

    + 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality, customer-driven mobile experiences.

    + Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering and inspiring people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.

    + Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen

    + Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    + Preferred - experience working with global teams.

    + Expertise in the Software design/architecture process

    + Strong understanding of iOS and Android development platforms and ecosystems.

    + Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.

    + Experience with mobile architectures (MVVM, MVP , etc.) and design patterns.

    + Experience with mobile security best practices.

    + Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies.

    + Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

    How you will lead

    + Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented iOS and Android engineers to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    + Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback to help the team members grow and learn.

    + Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful mobile experiences.

    + Keep a day-one mindset, challenge the existing and keep an open mindset in the team

    + Stay engrossed in the product, tech and architecture details to create a feasible development plan (in high quality)

    + Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, mobile experiences with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics

    + Manage risks and dependencies effectively, remove roadblocks, handle pivots and scope changes

    + Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

     

    _Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:_

     

    Bay Area California $213,500 - $288,500
