Job Summary

Supports the Finance Department by performing critical administrative and accounting functions that uphold the integrity of our financial operations and drive team efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Processes payroll in accordance with internal policies and timelines; submits required human resources documentation with accuracy.

+ Prepares vendor payables, submits payment requests, and supports the timely execution of journal entries.

+ Maintains client billing accounts and prepares accurate invoices; actively engages in collection efforts for overdue balances.

+ Reconciles daily cash receipts to system records; supports monthly and event-based inventory reconciliation.

+ Assists with timely invoice entry and initiates interdepartmental transfers as needed.

+ Investigates outstanding Accounts Payable items and ensures resolution in partnership with the broader Finance team.

+ Maintains organized records by filing paid invoices and financial documents in compliance with company procedures.

+ Reviews, enters, and reconciles purchasing card activity to support budget accuracy.

+ Inputs and maintains data in inventory and financial systems to ensure operational alignment and reporting integrity.

+ Submits and monitors work orders, escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution.

+ Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals and venue operations.
