Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated corporate dining account. This position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong operational leadership and staff management skills.

This role requires Monday through Friday availability. Most shifts will be during business hours but occasional nights/weekends may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manages day to day operations of an account

+ Provides outstanding hospitality to all clients, customers, staff

+ Trains and manages staff to R/A and client expectations

+ Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Five years of foodservice operation experience

+ Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
