Job Summary

Shape the team, build the culture. As Director of HR, you’ll oversee recruitment, development, and team engagement, ensuring our people and purpose align.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s in HR or Business Management

+ 5+ years in HR leadership

+ Knowledge of employment laws and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead hiring and onboarding strategies

+ Support employee relations and engagement

+ Manage benefits and compliance programs

+ Coach managers on leadership and team development

+ Drive DEI initiatives and workplace culture

+ Maintain all Levy HR compliance procedures
