Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
Status: Full-Time

Reports to: Chief Human Resource Officer

Who We Need - Position Summary
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Full-Cycle), who leads from the front. This is a player-coach role for someone who not only manages a small but agile recruitment team, but also actively recruits for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
You'll be responsible for setting aggressive sourcing and placement targets, coaching recruiters to success, and personally driving full-cycle searches where speed and precision matter most. You should be comfortable operating independently, making real-time decisions, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment where outcomes-not process-drive success.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management, and close.
+ Create aggressive sourcing plans tailored to each search-leveraging Boolean, social, referrals, and direct outreach.
+ Manage a rolling pipeline of hard-to-fill and high-impact roles, often simultaneously.
+ Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
+ Maintain clear documentation and tracking in our HRIS to ensure visibility and accountability.
+ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while moving with speed and efficiency.

+ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to close difficult searches quickly and creatively.
+ Advanced sourcing skills
+ High energy, high urgency, and a self-starter mentality-you don't need to be told to hunt.
+ Comfortable working independently, managing your own workflow and priorities.
+ Confidence in high-stakes conversations, salary negotiations, and competing offers.
