    Responsibilities

    The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining assigned retailer base and training for regions within Colorado. You have the flexibility to work remote, while traveling between those locations, and have a great deal of autonomy. Must be trustworthy, hardworking and collaborative.

     

    This is a temporary 4-month long assignment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts training class weekly as well as periodic refresher classes

    • Conducts train the trainer sessions, updates training materials and trains retailers

    • Monitors retailers training to ensure that training standards are maintained

    • Weekly class scheduling, confirmation, communication across departments, and follow-up

    • Instructs retailers in both classroom lectures and in-store trainings.

    • Visits assigned retailers on a routine basis. Clean Lottery terminals, Delivers supplies and promotional inserts. Ensures proper level of supplies are stocked and cleanness of Lottery terminals

    • Acts as point-of-contact for assigned Lottery sales representatives

    • Follow-up all installs and change of ownerships

    • Organizes and/or takes part in Lottery promotions, fairs and events

    • Serves as a liaison between the company, lottery officials and retailers to provide effective and satisfactory customer service

    • Coordinates all activities and monitors field activities for assigned region

    • Participates in projects as assigned

    • Assists with the development and coordination of field materials to assist members in the retail environment

    • Serve as point person for all projects as assigned, including attending project team meetings, updating timelines, developing schedules, training materials and written marketing materials

    Qualifications

    • Experience with in-person classroom training is essential and customer product or virtual webinar training experience is beneficial but not required.

    • Ability to build strong supportive customer relations is essential for success in this role.

    • Ability to explain the same technical concept/process repeatedly and in simple terms to a widely diverse audience.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with strong personalities

    • Soft people skills with the ability to deal with conflict and urgent problem solving.

    • Training to groups of 3-20 people.

    • A company car is provided, and a clean driving record is required.

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
