    Manager, Digital Enterprise

     

    The Manager, Digital Enterprise is a passionate and proven technology leader familiar with digital transformation\. You lead a multi\-functional software delivery team to develop a Digital Engineering Ecosystem \(DEE\) supporting military programs\. You will execute a Digital Enterprise strategy that meets program requirements towards ensuring access to, traceability across, and collaboration on data and systems associated with the development and certification of military aircraft\. This is a highly cross\-functional leadership role that will establish broad domain knowledge of Bell and USG organizations, processes, systems, data, and regulations\. This leader will manage teams of on\-site and off\-site employees, oversee contract execution, manage computing resources, and execute within all controls on a major defense program\. This leader will be a key point of contact with the customer and within the program\.

    What you'll be doing as a Manager, Digital Enterprise

    + Drive the development and adoption of digital capabilities to accelerate FLRAA program execution\.

    + Manage a pipeline of widespread user requests into roadmaps of systems development and organizational change management\.

    + Manage the roadmap and maintain alignment between customer, program, and other support teams\.

    + Maintain awareness of and compliance with relevant program requirements and regulations\.

    + Grow and lead an organization of cross\-functional teams to quickly develop, implement and support new industry technologies, applications, and development methods\.

    + Drive implementation of solutions and resolve issues surrounding the complex deployment of multi\-tenant high availability hybrid platforms in leading software development from scope definition to delivery and support\.

    + Partner with the Program Management \(PM\) teams, other Integrated Product Team \(IPT\) members to drive and support successful achievement of program objectives\.

    Qualifications

    Skills You Bring To this Role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Platform \- SharePoint, Outlook, Office, Teams\.

    + Demonstrated success in defining and launching data\-rich enterprise cloud products\.

    + Experience in a regulated environment \(e\.g\. ITAR, EAR, CMMC, FEDRAMP\)\.

    + Familiarity with the military aerospace lifecycle is highly preferred\.

    + Software Project/Product and Cloud\-based SaaS Products Management experience\.

    + Software Technical Product leadership and Enterprise and/or Solution Architecture experience\.

    + Work well navigating ambiguity and vague customer specifications with proven ability to influence cross\-functional teams without formal authority\.

    + Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in communicating efficiently and effectively between leadership, customers, and development teams\.

    + Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams\.

    What you need to be successful

    + 10 years experience in Software Program Management and/or other related IT role\.

    + At least 5 years experience working within the aerospace industry\.

    + Bachelor's degree is required\. \(Major in Software Engineering or other related field is preferred\)\.

    + Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered\.

    + Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience\.

    + Candidates must be eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance\.
